Regardless of the amount of involvement you need from us, whether it is a build from existing drawings or you need us to fully concept and design your creation, we make sure we communicate with you at every stage.
Whether this is in person, over video call or on the phone we always like to meet to understand and discuss a brief or idea fully.
This will enable us to gather all the information required to provide the best solution and to work through any problems and provide a quote for the work before design stage.
Some clients come to us with a fully fledged design that they need us to bring to life, where as others may need us to come up with ideas from scratch.
We work with you to conjure up ideas that will fit the brief and we can provide sketches and visualisations to illustrate the ideas.
Our In house design team consisting of 3D modellers, designers & draughts-people will then take a concept or idea and create construction drawings suitable for fabrication.
We will suggest suitable materials and come up with solutions to any problems before the designs hit the workshop floor.
A project manager will be assigned to your project. This allows for one point of contact throughout the process and they will give regular updates and be on hand to answer any queries.
Our project management staff focus on delivering the project on time, to a high standard and to budget.
The project manager will work with the design team to ensure all designs are signed off by the client before reaching the workshop floor.
Once the fabrication drawings have been approved by the client the build can move into production. Our Workshop Manager will monitor the progress of the build throughout production ensuring it navigates through departments when it is scheduled to.
Throughout the fabrication process the production managers will keep the client up to date with work in progress photos and can organise client visits to the workshop.
Throughout the duration of a project our project managers will send regular video and photo progress updates to the client to keep them up to date.
We also encourage client visits to the workshop to see the project in the flesh before it leaves the workshop.
Our project managers can plan all of the logistics for delivery and installation to ensure we have seen a project through from concept to completion.
