Our experienced sculptors work in a range of materials to create highly accurate detailed sculptures in varying scales.

Using either traditional model making techniques or using our 3D printers, we can create either full size or scaled models.

We have a highly skilled team of mould makers and casting technicians, whether it is a simple box mould or a complex silicon jacket mould, we have the ability to replicate original sculpts or model makes in a range of materials.

Our in-house Carpentry department are skilled in building anything from display plinths to scenery.

From sets to sculptures, our team of scenic artists add the finishing touch to our creations, taking them to the next level.

Our team of highly skilled finishers make sure all creations are to the highest standard before leaving the workshop

With our 7 axis Kuka robot arm with rotating table, we predominately mill polystyrene blocks to create models and sculptures to an infinite scale.  

Whether it is ornate fretwork or simple formers, our flatbed CNC is utilised for most of our creations.  Our AXYZ 4010 has a 3m x 1.5m bed and can cut a range of materials.

Our 3D scanning service enables us to accurately capture a real life object, often a sculpted maquette, which we then translate into a digital world.

We have an army of filament and resin 3D printers which can print in a variety of different materials.

We have a team of project managers that are dedicated to looking after a project from start to finish. This ensures all creations are built to client requirements, of the highest quality and on schedule and to budget.

We can manage logistics and installations for all our builds meaning we are able to offer a fully managed in house solution from design to implementation.
