Salary: £24,600
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full-time
Position Overview:
The Installation Admin Assistant role supports the delivery of creative installation projects, both nationally and internationally, by helping to plan, coordinate and execute the logistical aspects of our installation work. This is a detail-oriented support role requiring initiative, organisation, and strong communication skills. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Installation Manager, Project Managers, and freelance teams to facilitate safe, cost-effective, and timely installations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Installation Manager and Project Managers in scheduling, planning and staffing installations.
- Help manage logistics including travel, accommodation and equipment hire (ensuring best value through competitive quoting).
- Arrange work visas and bookings for freelance installation crews.
- Track and process invoices, receipts and staff reports for Finance.
- Manage company vehicle collections and staff taxi accounts.
- Attend meetings and site visits where required.
- Help ensure all work is delivered safely, efficiently and to high standards.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Is highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
- Communicates clearly and can build strong relationships with team members, suppliers and contractors.
- Has a proactive, problem-solving mindset and thrives in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- Is confident with basic admin tools (Google Sheets, email, documents etc).
- Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in supporting the team behind the scenes.
- Understands the importance of safety and compliance in an operational environment.
- An interest in creative industries or large-scale production work.
Desirable (but not essential):
- Previous experience in logistics, installations, events, or operations.
- Basic understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
- A full UK driving licence.
