The Role: Production Co-ordinator

Location: Cardiff (office based)

Salary: £30,000 – £37,000 (dependant on experience)
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full-time, permanent.

Position Overview: 

Are you a highly organised professional with a background in events or stage management, looking for a role that keeps you central to creative projects without late nights? We’re looking for a highly organised Production Coordinator to help ensure our bespoke creative projects run smoothly, on time and on budget.

In this integral role, you’ll act as the bridge between design, production, project management and external suppliers, making sure the right people have the right information at the right time. You’ll track project progress, coordinate timelines, support procurement and manage production paperwork, whilst maintaining a professional and collaborative environment.

  • Experience in stage management, event coordination, production coordination, or similar.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to track complex projects and anticipate potential risks.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and a positive, professional attitude.
